Oaxacan Daisy

This simple yet flavorful cocktail beautifully blends the smokiness of mezcal with the bright sweetness of Meyer lemon juice.

 

1 1/2 oz. Del Maguey Chichicapa mezcal
3/4 oz. fresh Meyer lemon juice
1 oz. Cointreau
Ice cubes
Tools: shaker, strainer
Glass: cocktail
Garnish: Meyer lemon twist

Add mezcal, lemon juice and Cointreau to shaker. Add ice, shake vigorously, strain into a chilled glass and garnish.
