This light, bright variation on the classic Negroni swaps sherry for the traditional sweet vermouth.
1 oz. London dry gin
1 oz. Campari
1 oz. manzanilla sherry
1 piece lemon peel
Tools: mixing glass, barspoon, strainer
Combine all ingredients in a mixing glass with ice. Express the lemon peel oils over the mix, stir and strain into a coupe.
