It’s a pirate’s life, and for added complexity, Austin’s Adam Bryan floats a healthy dash of blackstrap rum on top.
1 1/2 oz. J. Wray & Nephew White Overproof Rum 1 oz. Fernet-Branca 1 oz. Velvet Falernum 1 oz. fresh lime juice Crushed ice Tools: shaker Glass: Hurricane or tiki mug Garnish: mint sprig
Combine liquid ingredients with crushed ice and briefly shake. Pour contents into a Hurricane glass or a tiki mug. Garnish.
