Nothing complements virtue quite like vice, so it’s no surprise that kale juice and tequila make for a wickedly good combo.
2 oz. blanco tequila
¾ oz. ginger-kale juice (or store-bought green juice)
1 oz. fresh lime juice
1 oz. agave
Tools: shaker, strainer
Garnish: candied ginger
Combine ingredients in a shaker with ice. Shake to combine and strain into an ice-filled rocks glass.
For the ginger-kale juice: Run three large kale leaves and a one-inch knob of ginger through a juicer.
