Styled after a classic gin Martini, this Old Tom variation invites a bit of Bénédictine into the mix.
2 oz. Old Tom gin
1 oz. Dolin Dry vermouth
1/4 oz. Bénédictine
2 dashes orange bitters
Tools: mixing glass, barspoon, strainer
Garnish: orange peel
Combine all ingredients and stir with ice. Strain into a chilled coupe and garnish by expressing the orange oils over the drink and then discarding the peel.
