Citrusy Cointreau meets the herbaceousness of Chartreuse in this sparkling wine-capped fizzer.
1/2 oz. Cointreau
1/2 oz. green Chartreuse
1/2 oz. fresh lemon juice
1/4 oz. raspberry purée
3 oz. sparkling wine
Tools: shaker, strainer, fine strainer
Combine all ingredients, except sparkling wine, and shake with ice. Fine-strain into a chilled flute and top with sparkling wine.
