Bittersweet Campari adds a spirited twist to this grown-up shake.
1/2 cup Campari
1/4 cup granulated sugar
1/4 cup honey
Pinch kosher salt
1/2 cup grapefruit pulp
8 scoops vanilla ice cream
Garnish: grapefruit zest
Blend together first 4 ingredients, through salt. Add remaining ingredients and blend until just combined. Pour into glasses and garnish.
