Blackberry Collins

A bourbon-fueled Collins with a berry-spiked twist? Hello, delicious!

2 oz. bourbon
1 oz. honey syrup (1:1)
3/4 oz. fresh lemon juice
6 blackberries
Tools: shaker, strainer, muddler
Glass: Collins
Garnish: fresh mint sprig

In a shaker, muddle the blackberries and honey syrup. Add the remaining ingredients, except the seltzer, and shake with ice. Strain into an ice-filled glass, top with seltzer and garnish.
