2 oz. reposado tequila
¾ oz. fresh lemon juice
¾ oz. agave
¾ oz. Campari
habanero tincture to taste
Tools: mixing tin, strainer
Garnish: lemon twist
Add all ingredients to a mixing tin with ice. Shake and double strain over fresh ice into a chilled rocks glass. Garnish.
1 bottle vodka
With latex gloves on, de-stem and chop the habaneros. Add the chopped chiles to the vodka and allow to macerate for 2 weeks. Strain in a bottle.
