2 oz. gin 1/2 oz. Aperol 2 tsp. maraschino liqueur 1 dash Bitter Truth Jerry Thomas Decanter bitters (or substitute one dash Regan’s orange bitters and one dash Fee Brothers grapefruit bitters) Ice cubes Glass: cocktail or rocks Garnish: grapefruit twist
Combine ingredients in mixing glass and fill with ice. Stir well for 20 seconds, strain into a chilled cocktail or rocks glass. Twist grapefruit peel over drink and use as garnish.
