Vinegar adds a pop of flavor to this fig and Cognac cocktail.
1 1/2 oz. VSOP Cognac
1 oz. fresh orange juice
1/2 oz. oz honey syrup (1:1)
1/2 oz. aged balsamic vinegar
2 fresh figs
Tools: muddler, shaker, strainer, fine strainer
Muddle the figs. Combine with remaining ingredients and shake with ice. Double-strain over 1 large ice cube and garnish.
