25 Days of Holiday Cocktails, Day 23: And To All A Good Night

And to all a good night recipeTuck yourself in with this warming digestif from San Francisco bartender Tim Stookey, and you’re guaranteed a good night indeed.

1 1/2 oz. bourbon
3/4 oz. reposado tequila
3/4 oz. Cherry Heering
2 dashes Regans’ orange bitters
1 dash Angostura bitters
Tools: mixing glass, barspoon, strainer
Glass: cordial
Garnish: orange twist (optional)

Combine ingredients in a mixing glass with ice and stir to chill. Strain into a glass and garnish. Makes 2 servings.
