Our search for the Imbibe 75 Places to Watch is always an adventure. After countless miles traveled, innumerable emails and many meetings, we narrowed down our full list of Places to Watch to a handful of spots that are particularly primed to shape drinking culture in 2019. Among these Places of the Year are a natural wine bar taking Boston drinkers into uncharted territory, a coffee bar in Brooklyn with an ambitious environmental mission, a stunning cocktail bar nestled in a suburban mall in San Diego, and a beer haven that’s cultivating community in Harlem.
